Play More Fitness and Wellbeing Limited does not accept any responsibility or liability for accident, injury or exacerbation of any symptoms of illness arising from the client taking part in an exercise programme, personal training session or fitness class.

• Clients agree to inform their coach immediately should they experience any abnormal symptoms or injuries during an exercise programme, personal training session or fitness class.

• Clients understand and agree that any nutritional advice provided to them is for guidance purposes only.

• If there is something outside of the coach's capabilities then a third party's advice may be sought and, in some circumstances, the client may be referred.

• Clients understand that an exercise programme may change over time in order to get the best results for them.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and at any time.

 Merchandise Sales:

• Merchandise descriptions and pricing are as stated on our website.

• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Payment processing and shipping details are outlined during the checkout process.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing or descriptions of merchandise or discontinue a service without notice at any time.
