Meet your coach
Hi it’s me, Emily!
It was on the terrace of our flat in Manchester that Train with Emily Jayne was born during the summer of 2020. It was mid pandemic and with the gyms closed, we were left to find new ways to keep our mind and bodies healthy. I was working out with my flatmate in the sun and with my invisible pompoms cheered,
“come and Train with Emily Jayne!”
I had realised that I was not living in true alignment with what I really loved; fitness and wellbeing. I wanted to put all of my energy into helping others live more expanded lives by developing and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits for both mind and body.
For me, my passion for weight training was more than just a hobby. I knew I wanted to share and inspire others to become stronger, bolder and more playful when it came to the gym and I felt a pull to pursue this as a coaching business.
I strive myself on being more than just a personal trainer, I have a more all round approach. I care about how you feel both in and out of the gym, during a workout and afterwards. Whether you are in alignment with the life you want to lead; whether you are making choices that are leading you in the direction of your short term and long term goals. I strive on offering a coaching service that is organic, that develops and adapts over time, with you. It also has to be sustainable and healthy in the long term.
Ultimately, I want to inspire others to find the confidence to realise their full potential through educating them around health and fitness starting with a training routine.
